On Monday SPAK confiscated a property worth 1 million euros earned through international drug trafficking in Denmark.

The asset belonged to Astrit Beqiri, involved with cocaine trafficking.

SPAK seized 2 hen houses in Shkodra worth 800,000, 5 vehicles and €250,000 in cash.

“Assets and Cash confiscated by SPAK! Assets created by criminal activity – international drug trafficking in Denmark. Value: 1 Million Euros are transferred to the Albanian state. 2 poultry business activities in Shkodra worth €800,000, 5 different vehicles, 173,500 euros and 8.6 million ALL cash “, announced SPAK.

A few months ago, the Special Prosecution sought a 21 year prison sentence for Astrit Beqiri and Dhimiter Shkodrani.

The two are accused by the Special Prosecution of money laundering organized crime.
