This Tuesday, the High Court admitted to having found several procedural violations during the trial of former interior minister Sajmir Tahiri.

For this reason, the court decided to consign the case to another justice body, the Special Appeals Court.

Sajmir Tahiri and Jaeld Cela were both found guilty of abuse of office.

The former minister was sentenced to three years on probation and barred from holding a public post for three years.
