28 citizens were confirmed to have contracted the COVID-19 virus in the last 24 hours in Albania and no fatalities were reported.

Positives cases were identified as a result of 703 tests conducted nationwide, which also helped confirm another 66 recoveries over the course of 24 hours.

Since the beginning of the pandemic in our country, a total of 272.066 recoveries have been confirmed.

At the moment, there are 239 active cases of patients dealing with COVID-19, 4 of whom have been hospitalized.
