3 memorandums and 1 agreement were signed at the end of the Open Balkan Summit taking place in Ohrid, North Macedonia.

The agreement signed between participating nations is centered around the fight against tax evasion.

The three memorandums are linked to the recognition of university diplo0mas, cultural cooperation and cooperation in the tourism sector.

Montenegro and Bosnia Hercegovina also joined this meeting of the Open Balkan initiative started by Albania, North Macedonia and Serbia.

The only country refusing the participate remains Kosovo even though invitations continued.

“I would like all 6 of us to participate and I want it to be 6 of us, but one thing is certain – precisely because it is of the people, of countries and of the future, Open Balkan won’t stop and it won’t close, no and no. This might not be much but it’s true and whoever goes against it, is destined to be disappointed,” – said the Albanian PM, Edi Rama.
