The number of foreign citizens who entered Albania in May rose by 83.9% compared to last year, reported the country’s statistics institute, broadly known as INSTAT.
1,074,828 people entered Albania in May.
Meanwhile, the outflow rose by 72.2% compared to the same period last year.
According to the official tool, 517,692 citizens left Albania in May.
Compared to May 2021, the number rose by 50.3%.
The number of Albanian citizens that left Albania in the first months of 2022 is 2,020,676, an increase of 51.8% from last year.
