The Regulatory Committee near the Central Election Commission has compiled the operating regulation for the teams that will be involved in the vote-counting process of the April 25 elections.
According to the draft decision of CEC, the number of Ballot Counting Teams which will be engaged at the same time for counting the ballots at the Ballot Counting Centers, can be no less than three but not more than ten.
A counting team is responsible for counting not less than five, but no more than ten voting centers.
The draft-decision underlined that secondary ballot-counting teams must stand ready and following the order of the Commissions of Electoral Administration Zones, they will immediately replace the previous team, even in cases when the former might have interrupted the duty without a justified reason.
