The PM of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti held a meeting today with the North Macedonian ambassador to Kosovo, Shpresa Jusufi.
During this meeting, Kurti and Jusufi were in accordance regarding the organization of a joined meeting amongst the two governments at an appropriate time and being considerate of the current epidemiologic situation of both countries. During this meeting, a series of agreements will be signed, including an agreement for the feasibility study of the Prizren-Tetovo road.
In the meeting, PM Kurti also confirmed his participation in the Summit of Prespa that is planned to take place in July 2021.
The Covid-19 pandemic in both countries was also discussed in this meeting, as well as the measures undertaken by the governments in order to halt and contribute to the reduction of infection trends. They also spoke about the continuation of the vaccination process as well as the efforts for the procurement of additional doses of the anti-COVID vaccines.
