New cases with COVID-19 continue to fall in our country, as in the last 24 hours, out of 1867 tests, only 100 came out positive.

5 people, unfortunately, lost their lives from the virus in the last 24 hours, whereas 587 citizens have recovered. The number of recoveries since the beginning of the pandemic is now at 102,171.

Currently, the COVID designated hospitals in Tirana and three regional hospitals are treating 173 patients, 14 in intensive care and 4 intubated.

The Ministry of Health appeals to citizens to not reduce their vigilance regarding possible infection, while massive vaccination continues across the country.
