Professor Bledi Ceka gave three scenarios linked to the result of the elections and the division of mandates in the district county of Tirana, which holds the largest number of seats, a total of 36.
According to him, the most historic tie since 2013 in the district county of Tirana is the division 18 seats for SP, 16 for DP and 2 for SMI, whereas the second mandate of SMI according to him is certain.
According to Ceka however, there are two other possible scenarios at play.
“If we interpret the situation of SP as extremely positive, we could be in the situation of SP- 19, DP-15, SMI- 2, because I find it very hard to believe that SMI could get more than 2, but if we switch it up and look at an inverse situation we can have SP- 17, DP-17, SMI-2,” said Ceka, while adding that according to him the first scenario is more probable.
