5 citizens have lost their lives today in Kosovo as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, whereas the number of new infections continues to be high.
According to data made public by the National Institute of Public Health, in the last 24 hours, 3003 tests were conducted, out of which 382 have come out positive.
Since the beginning of the pandemic until today in Kosovo, a total of 2110 people have lost their lives. What continues to be seen as problematic is the number of active cases.
“In the last 24 hours, 507 patients have recovered bringing the total number of recoveries to 89.648, whereas the total number of active cases is 11.366,” emphasized IKSHPK.
Health authorities appeal with citizens to respect anti-COVID measures with the goal to lower infections.
