The Ministry of Health and Social Protection has announced that six citizens, who had contracted COVID-19 have lost their lives in Albania.
Authorities have declared that out of the 2517 suspected tests, 134 came out positive.
The COVID-designated hospitals in Tirana and three regional hospitals are treating 155 patients, 13 of whom in the intensive care unit and 3 intubated.
456 citizens were added to the list of recoveries today, bringing the total number of recoveries since the beginning of the pandemic to 103,582.
A total of 2,364 citizens have lost their lives in Albania, most of whom with underlying health conditions.
Authorities continue to urge citizens to be vigilant in complying with the anti-COVID measures, whose main focus is keeping the spread of the virus at bay.
