Civil Chambers are ready to be at the disposal of Albanian citizens who will want to file a complaint in case they do not find their name in the registered voters’ lists.

Citizens can request permission to vote 24 hours ahead of election day, and courts must respond no later than 6 hours priors to the time when polls close, which is 7 PM on Sunday.

Sources near the Court of Tirana told Euronews Albania said that there have already been 2 complaints filed by citizens that couldn’t find their names in the list of voters.

On Friday, 42 convicted felons addressed the court as claiming that they had been unfairly excluded by the lists.

According to the same source, the former were excluded due to the decriminalization law.
