The leader of the Delegation of the European Commissioner, Luigi Soreca has announced that he will be present on the ground in order to closely look over the developments of the electoral process.
In total, the EU delegation and embassies of EU countries and Switzerland have deployed a total of 50 teams in order to observe the voting and counting process.
“The EU stands by all Albanian citizens on this elections day,” wrote ambassador Soreca on his Twitter account.
