A criminal offense has been repeated this time in the city of Shkoder, where a citizen has been reported by members of the Commission for having photographed the vote. Taking a picture of the vote is a criminal offense, as stated in the Electoral Code and is being processed by the police.
The police have reported that the citizen’s D.U, 32 years old, ballot paper has been confiscated and they are now being escorted to the police station for further investigative processing.
Specialists of Investigation and Crime at the Police Station, district of Shkoder have flagrantly arrested citizen D.U for the criminal offense, “Violation of vote anonymity”.
