The vote center for people with disabilities in Kukes has registered a very low turnout – only 16 of the 62 voters registered in this center have cast their ballots.

The head of the vote center commission said that the voting is continuing normally and that they expect more voters to turn out.

“We’re still waiting for people to show up to vote although it’s only a few hours remaining,” he said.

Speaking of the vote center facilities, he added that they are adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, except for the blind who are not provided with special ballot papers they can read. They are allowed to be assisted by their family members.
