During his analysis on the elections for Euronews Albania Blendi Çeka said that on a country scale in terms of voter turnout, the estimated participation is at nearly 48% which is “good news for the opposition”.

According to him, high participation in urban centers, as well as key municipalities, would be at the advantage of the opposition, however if figures are at 45% then the participation is similar to that recorded at the 2017 elections.

Redi Shehu spoke along similar lines adding that if the updates from the Central Election Commission follow up with the same trend, then the turnout is quite similar to the 2017 elections.
