Euronews Albanian has published the preliminary results of its exit poll for about 80% of those interviewed.
Projections show a very tight race between the current majority of the Socialist Party and opposition allies, according to Dimitris Mavros of the MRB.
“The situation shows a tight race and we should wait for the result before saying who will govern. Party results are very close. It’s a very delicate matter,” he said.
Euronews Albania exit poll results are as follows:
Socialist Party: 67-71 seats in the 140-seat parliament
Democratic Party: 61-65 seats
Socialist Movement for Integration: 6-8 seats
Social-Democratic Party: 1-2 seats
