None of the 16 ministers of the Rama III newly formed government isn’t currently under criminal investigation.
This was the response forwarded to president Ilir Meta by SPAK, after his request to have all the ministers of Rama’s new government verified.
On Monday, the General Prosecution also responded to the president’s request to verify the 16 cabinet ministers.
In their response, the Prosecution emphasized that none of the names that were proposed by the prime minister ‘have been prosecuted’.
After forming the new parliament, President Meta mandated Rama to create his new government as the leader of the winning party coming out the general elections of April 25th.
If the names of Rama’s III government cabinet will be decreed by president Meta, then Parliament will be the last body to have a word regarding their legitimacy, by holding a vote.
