PM Rama appoints three deputy ministers in new cabinet reshuffle

Albania Prime Minister Edi Rama has appointed three new deputy ministers, respectively health, tourism, and agriculture.

Denada Seferi is the new Deputy Minister of Health. Previously she was the chair of the Albanian Adoption Committee. During her career, she has also served as head of the Health Care and Social Protection Development Program.

Enio Civici will be the new deputy minister of Agriculture and Rural Development. Civici has a bachelor’s degree in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Security Laws from the European University of Tirana and a Master of Science in Corporate Governance. He has also been involved in media, as Director of Information at SCAN, a media channel that mainly deals with economic issues.

Vilma Bello, a former MP from the Socialist Party (2017-2021) was appointed deputy minister of Tourism and the Environment and has worked as a university professor and teacher in Vlora.
