Head of the Youth Forum at the Democratic Party and Democratic MP Belind Kellici, said on tonight’s panel show ‘Now’, that Lulzim Basha is refusing to explain to Democrats, what his decision to oust Berisha from the parliamentary group actually intended to achieve.

“Basha is refusing to give an in-depth explanation to Democrats. Selling your own home’s mortgage means you’ve received something big in exchange. Sali Berisha is DP’s mortgage, he is the strong foundations on top of which DP has been able to push forward for the past 30 years, with all its flaws. He carries a great burden of fault when it comes to many things that haven’t worked as they should have with DP’s internal democracy,” – said Kellici.

According to Kellici, based on the fact that in 2021, we are still discussing DP’s internal democracy is above all, a problem caused initially by Berisha and then carried on by Basha.

“These are the two people that in a way, have kept DP closed off,” – he said, adding that Berisha is an instrument to bring about change within DP.
