The Democratic Party has appointed a new district leader in Shkoder.

Deputy chair, Enkelejd Alibeaj has substituted Helidon Bushati, after the latter announced his resignation. According to DP, Shkoder is in dire need of new leadership.

In a public message, DP’s leadership group extended its gratitude for Bushati’s work so far, before expressing their conviction that the newly appointed district leader will lead to a victory for Shkoder in the upcoming by-elections.
