This Tuesday, the SMI-Berisha coalition published their new logo and banner which will be used during the electoral campaign leading up to the March 6 by-elections.
On Monday, DP’s former leader Sali Berisha officially confirmed that he will be entering a coalition with SMI, but he didn’t exclude the possibility of additional smaller parties also joining before March 6.
“Rama has confiscated DP and DP’s logo and his goal was to prevent us from taking part in these elections. But we will participate in these elections because boycotting them isn’t an option for us. We will be entering a coalition and SMI will be a part of it. Meanwhile, we will be negotiating with other parties as well,” – said Berisha.
