76 citizens were confirmed to have contracted COVID-19 in the past 24 hours in Albania, but no deaths were registered.

Positive cases were identified as a result of 1.866 tests conducted in the past 24 hours.

Tests also confirmed 71 recoveries. Since the beginning of the pandemic in our country, a total of 268.835 recoveries have been confirmed.

At the moment, there’s a total of 639 actively infected COVID cases in our country.

29 citizens are receiving hospitalized treatment – 5 of whom are exhibiting severe forms of the virus.

Vaccination is still going on for all citizens over the age of 16, as well as children over the age of 12 that suffer from auto-immune diseases and have a doctor’s recommendation.
