Head of SP’s Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, declared that the electoral process for the country’s new president will have wrapped up by May 24.
“Last time, the process ended on April 27. In this case, [it] will end on May 24. By May 24, which is a day that holds a particular historical significance, we’ll have our nation’s new Mr. or Mrs. President,” – said Balla after a meeting of SP’s parliamentary group.
Balla also underlined that within a few days, a calendar in regards to this particular process will be approved.
“Unfortunately, in our upcoming leaders conference today, we won’t have a calendar – at least not yet. The calendar will be approved in our next meeting. This process must include a dedicated calendar. You’ll have to be patient for a few more days until we can finally put things in motion,” – he added.
