The price of coffee is going up fast and is expected to reach 120 ALL or €0.99 euros.
This is what the head of the Albanian Bars Association, Enri Jahja, said during Euronews Albania’s Good Morning.
Jahja also pointed out that the price of coffee has gone up by 20% in the global exchange market.
“In March-April it will go up by at least 30%,” – he said.
In addition, he said that the price of coffee has been going up for some time now, but it hasn’t been reflected in local prices because businesses have decided to carry the full burden.
“There are only 2 ways, you can either close down your business or raise prices. There’s no middle way,” – said Jahja.
