Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has opposed the decision of the head of the PD parliamentary group, Enkelejd Alibeaj to appeal a court ruling that recognized the Assembly of December 11.
Berisha said the lawsuit is wrong, adding that he does not recognize Alibeaj as a transitional chairman at the head of the Democratic Party.
“The lawsuit means refusing to accept a process that has not been opposed by a a single Albanian to this day. He has no rights because he considers himself an ‘ad interim’ chairman, while he has no such function,” said the former prime minister.
