Macedonian MFA, Bujar Osmani received his Rumanian homolog Bogdan Auresku during an official visit to Skopje.

During their joint press conference, Osmani said that there still haven’t been any statements from the European Union in regards to decoupling North Macedonia and Albania, as it relates to the countries’ EU integration process and the opening of negotiations.

According to him, this decoupling wouldn’t be in the best interest of Albania.

On the other hand, minister Auresku gave his take by declaring that Rumania doesn’t support this division in any way, shape or form.
