Former PM Sali Berisha called the Socialist Party Congress, organized a few days ago, a congress of state mafia, whose goal was to hide the incinerators’ affair.

“Everything in this Congress was done to cover the flames of the incinerators – an affair organized by Edi Rama and his criminal organization,” – said Berisha.

During a press conference, Berisha said that Albanians were expecting a solution from the government, regarding the rise in consumer prices but instead they were given the legalization of cannabis.

“SP’s Congress looked like the congress of a state mafia, or Cosa Nostra. Albanians who were anxiously awaiting to hear from their statesmen, about how they would help alleviate their pains regarding the recent price hikes, were given no answer but the fact that the government would be legalizing cannabis,” – said Berisha.
