This Monday, the Refoundation Commission will hold an election for the new Democratic Party district leaders in 6 municipalities.

The process organized by the Refoundation Commission will take place in Berat, Prrenjas, Librazhd, and in divisions no. 8, 5, and 1 in Tirana.

During the weekend, elections took place in 26 branches and the entire process would have to wrap up by April 20.

After the election of the new district leaders, the delegates that will attend the Congress on April 30 will also be appointed.

The process continues to be opposed by Democratic MPs who have asked for its extension so that all Democrats can participate.
