It’s been exactly 9 years since the first agreements were signed between Kosovo and Serbia’s delegations in Brussels.
The main goal of this agreement was the normalization of relations between both countries.
At the time, Haxhim Thaci, who was Kosovo’s prime minister, and his Serbian homolog, Ivica Dacic, signed an agreement pertaining to 15 separate clauses.
Amongst other things, the April 19 agreement, was focused on the Association of Serb-majority communes as well as the dissolution of the parallel structures in northern Kosovo.
