Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti said in an interview for the local Greek paper ‘Kathimerini’ that the border between Albania and Kosovo ‘is not ours’, but imposed by Yugoslavia.

Kurti also said Kosovo’s bid to join the EU and NATO should succeed, even if the country doesn’t reach an agreement with Serbia.

At the same time, Kosovo’s prime minister did not hide aspirations for a peaceful reunification with Albania.

“We are a nation and it is impossible for us to forget that the border between Serbia and Albania was drawn by Serbia and Yugoslavia”, Kurti said.
