The Tirana Court of Appeal accepted on Friday the appeal filed by the deputy leader of the Democratic Party, Enkelejd Alibeaj.

Judge Blerina Muça has remanded the case for retrial in the first instance with another panel.

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha accused US Ambassador Yuri Kim on Friday of interfering with the trial.
