A house continues to be the first choice for Albanian investors.

In a poll conducted by Albania’s Central Bank, 93% of Albanian families are homeowners, regardless of their monthly salaries.

The average value of a property is 5-6 million ALL.

Half of Albanian families have built their own homes, 34% have bought, and the rest have inherited it.

The study has also looked at the distribution of wealth amongst families in our country, divided into material and financial wealth. The threshold here is once again quite large.

93% of wealth is immobile, a house, a car and other valuable objects or businesses whereas only 7% is monetary wealth, through bank accounts, credits or deposits.

Based on this study, we can conclude that the average wealth of an Albanian family reached 8.5 million ALL.
