Some dozens of citizens have gathered in Tirana’s Skanderbeg square, to march along the main boulevard on the International Day of Workers.
Citizens marched beyond the Prime Minister’s Office, holding placards that read slogans in favour of work and allowing emigrants to vote.
“Wake up, react, unite, it’s a day to protest not a day to party. There’s nothing to celebrate, Albania has been given out as a concession’.”
These were some of the chants heard in today’s protest.
