Head of the Muslim Community in Albania, Bujar Spahiu, has extended his wishes to all Muslims for tomorrow’s Eid-al-Fitr.
“Let me extend my heartfelt wishes to all those Muslims who fasted this month and to all Albanians wherever they may be, Happy Eid!” – said the head of KMSH.
In his greetings, Spahiu also noted that “Eid is the concluding festivity that marks the end of a journey towards spiritual excellence”.
“Eid is the happiness we feel with the completion of our fast during the month of Ramadan,” – said the head of KMSH.
In addition, Spahiu also prayed to God for “worldwide peace, and for an end for all open conflicts in nations that have been struck by war”.
Muslims will be celebrating Eid-al-Fitr this Monday, thus marking an end to the holy month of Ramadan.
The name of this holiday comes from the ritual that is followed by believers before Eid, which is characterized by self-awareness, charity and helping the poor.
