SPAK works based on filed complaints, not political declarations.
This was the response of the chief of SPAK following an inquiry from Euronews Albania on Saturday over the prime minister’s remarks on the institution.
“I said that I have no comment about it, because our work is based on complaints and not political declarations”, Kraja told Euronews Albania.
During his word at the Socialist Party’s National Assembly, PM Rama took a harsh stance on SPAK, which he described “as a great mockery to Albanians”.
Among other things, Rama said the organ is losing its battle “against the evil in this country” and warned that government patience is wearing thin.
