SPAK has retrieved on Tuesday documentation related to hospital infection control activities.

Sources told Euronews Albania that 4 hospitals did not respond to an inquiry sent from SPAK in connection to the matter.

According to information from the investigative team, the hospital’s relevant authorities have until the end of the week to respond.

On the opposite, they will face justice.

SPAK has been investigating the lease on sterilization procedures for some months and has already summoned several members of the Bid Evaluation Commission.
