Thursday’s plenum was suspended after mounting tensions over a row on Kosovo’s war veterans and a bill on minimum wage.
Abelard Tahiri from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) interrupted the speech of Arberesha Kryeziu from Vetevendosje.
The opposition MP then went on to unplug the microphone while she was heading to address the parliament.

The opposition had demanded to suspend the plenum while war veterans are protesting outside the Assembly.
Rashit Qalaj, another MP from PDK, stressed that the parliament will not return to normal until the debates on including war veterans in the minimum wage bill.
The Speaker of the Assembly, Glauk Konjufca, called a meeting with the floor leaders of the parliamentary groups.
