The government has asked businesses for their thoughts on fiscal amnesty.
A group of associations has been called to discuss with the prime minister and the finance minister, Delina Ibrahimaj, on Friday, July 15.
Consultation is coming at a time when the European Union has opposed the draft bill in its current form, after accusing it of facilitating money laundering.
According to the project, the profits won from fiscal evasion, contraband, or fiscal fraud, could be declared in exchange for a tax of 5-10% of the total amount.
Beneficiaries will be able to declare up to 2 million euros.
