Tirana Police have arrested 39-year-old Sinan Meta, after he sexually assaulted a young girl.

The incident took place at Skanderbeg square in central Tirana, during which the 39-year-old also punched a woman with the initials A.D.

Meta will now be prosecuted on charges of sexual assault and physical assault.

Police have also reported that the 39-year-old had been convicted of murder in Greece and given a 20-year prison sentence.
