President Ilir Meta visited Kosovo this Friday, from where he held a joint press communication with Vjosa Osmani.
Meta said he doesn’t accept any ‘thank you’-s because he has only fulfilled his constitutional duty.
According to him, he would have done even more for Kosovo if he didn’t have to face internal issues in Albania.
However, he pledged that starting from next Monday morning and on forward, he will do much more for Kosovo.
Meta also thanked the hospitality of people from Kukes while expressing his gratitude to everyone who stepped in to help Kosovo during such a difficult time.
“I believe that we won’t have to wait much longer for a railway connecting Albania and Kosovo, while also setting up a much more multifaceted energetic system, especially during times of struggle,” – added Meta.
