Albanian immigrants employed in Italy will receive a full pension, which combines the years of work there and in Albania.

They will do anything that works in both countries. It will also apply to Italian citizens in Albania.

The problem will be solved in 2023, after the agreement summarized in a document has been approved by governments.

In Italy, there are about 300,000 Albanians, and 25,000 pensioners each year.

The process for recognizing the contribution started in 2014 and is now nearing completion.

The issue remained hostage to negotiations due to the large number of Albanian immigrants.

Until now, our government has negotiated with 14 countries in the field of social security, but the process has been stalled for years with Greece, which has the largest community of Albanians.

In September, our country will submit the pension draft to the Greek state, but the chances of reaching a quick document are few.
