Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has arrived for a two-day official visit to Serbia.

He was received at the airport by the Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali, while the reception ceremony in front of the Palace of Serbia is scheduled for 18:30.

Sanchez will be welcomed by President Aleksandar Vucic, while on the eve of the visit, Spanish flags were placed on the main streets of Belgrade in honor of the high-ranking guest.

Sanchez and Vucic will talk privately and then there will be a plenary meeting of the delegations of Serbia and Spain. After that, the media statements of the two officials are planned.

It is expected that Sanchez’s visit will be an additional impetus for the deepening of economic cooperation between the two countries.
