The two decisions of the Kosovo government on reciprocity for vehicle license plates and identification documents will not be discussed at the August 18 meeting in Brussels between Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vučič.

According to the government of Kosovo, the decisions are those of legislative institutions and they have been presented in the past Brussels agreements, so they cannot be a topic of discussion.

The spokesman of the executive, Perparim Kryeziu, stated that he is not informed about the agenda of the meeting between the two leaders, as he added that there will be no meeting at the level of chief negotiators, before the high-level one.

The High Representative of the EU for Foreign Policy and Security, Josep Borrell, has confirmed the August 18 meeting between the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in Brussels. He said that the way forward between Prishina and Belgrade will be discussed in this meeting.
