The chairman of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, said that anyone is welcome at the protest that PL organized at the incinerator in Tirana.

People started to gather around 18:00, the official protest time, but the participation of citizens was low.

Among the protesters called by PL were also some representatives of the Democratic Party, such as deputy Ervin Salianji, Klevis Balliu, Edmond Spaho, Adriana Kalaja.

Earlier in a statement to the Euronews Albania journalist, Ardit Hoxha, president Ilir Meta said that every citizen is a powerful voice to show justice and that Tirana’s incinerator is the pinnacle of corruption.
