The Albanian government has also reacted, regarding the recent developments in the war between Russia and Ukraine.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhacka, in a reaction on social media, stated that “fake referendums and partial military mobilizations are desperate moves on the part of Russia that will only escalate this tragic war.

Russia chose to start an illegal war that has cost the lives of tens of thousands of innocent civilians and destroyed the Russian military.”

Xhacka also added that “Ukraine is winning this war and these movements will not weaken the support for the heroic resistance of Ukraine”.
