On November 3, the Court of Appeals will hear the appeal of the Democratic Party seeking to register as a united front, through a single decision which covers all of the statutory changes made in July 2021 and December 2021.
The judging panel will consist of judges: Irida Kacerja (rapporteur), Genti Shala and Emona Muci.
Meanwhile, the date for Alibeaj’s appeal against Judge Agron Zhukri’s decision on the registration of Berisha’s statute, has yet to be announced.
Over the last two days, there have been several requests from MPs of the Democratic Party supporting Enkelejd Alibeaj, asking the court to make a decision and not delay this case any further.
