Prime Minister Edi Rama arrived at noon this Wednesday in Strasbourg. The head of the Albanian government has published images on social media, as he lands at the Strasbourg airport.

Part of the Albanian delegation are Blerina Gjylameti, Etilda Gjonaj, Klotilda Bushka, Jorida Tabaku, Elisa Spiropali and Taulant Balla.

At around 15:30, Rama is set to deliver a speech at the Council of Europe Assembly, where he will request the revision of resolution 1782 of 2011 or what is otherwise known as the Dick Marty Report.

He will have 60 minutes available to speak to council members and answer questions.

Albania will demand the rejection of the accusations of human organ trafficking during the war in Kosovo, which are detailed in the Swiss senator’s report.

Before arriving in Strasbourg, Rama was in Ankara, where he paid an official visit and met with the Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
