59.8% of Albanians trust traditional media more than its online alternatives.

23.5% trust online media more than traditional ones. While 16.7% of respondents do not trust any of the two.

What stands out is the fact that even though they admit to trusting traditional media over online sources, nonetheless, Albanians do not trust a single TV news station to get their daily dose of information, as 92.6% told Euronews Albania’s Barometer that during the day, they opt for several news stations to get their news as opposed to one.  

Methodology

These findings were extrapolated from Euronews Albania’s Barometer in collaboration with MRB and Data Centrum, which conducted 1.000 face-to-face interviews with Albanians over the age of 18, on a national scale from October 28 – November 28, 2022.0
