Television is watched the most by the elderly in Albania.

According to the findings of the Barometer in Euronews Albania, the age group 65-75 years old spends 3-4 hours watching TV (11.2%).

While 7.7% of those who watch 3-4 hours of TV are 55-64 years old.

Meanwhile, only 0.6% of those who watch 3-4 hours of TV belong to the 18-24 age group.

43% of Albanians spend up to an hour in front of the television.

36.1% watch 1-2 hours of TV, 14.5% watch 2-3 hours, and 4.3% watch 3-4 hours. 

Methodology

These findings were extrapolated from Euronews Albania’s Barometer in collaboration with MRB and Data Centrum, which conducted 1.000 face-to-face interviews with Albanian adults over the age of 18, on a national scale from October 28 – November 28, 2022.
